Project 2morrow Software Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the *Gate Pass Lite* mobile application (the “Application”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you use our Application.
To provide attendance management, employee verification, and gate pass services, we may collect the following types of information.

While using the Application, we may collect:

Employee ID / Employee Code

Profile Picture and Face Data
We may collect device-specific identifiers such as the Android ID solely for:
Secure device-based license activation
Device authentication and validation

Enterprise security and account protection
The Android ID is not used for advertising, profiling, or cross-app user tracking.
Usage Data

Wi-Fi Discovery (ACCESS_WIFI_STATE, CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATE)

Discover and communicate with authorized local network hardware
Connect with supported electronic gate controllers and enterprise devices
Face data is collected solely for employee identity verification, attendance authentication, and enterprise security purposes.
We do not:
Sell face data
Share face data with advertisers
Use face data for marketing or profiling purposes
Face data is processed securely using industry-standard protection mechanisms and is accessible only to authorized systems and administrators.
Face data is retained only for as long as required for attendance verification and organizational security purposes.
Users may request deletion of their face data through their organization administrator or by contacting us directly.
Certain attendance records, reports, or organizational data may be stored directly in the licensed user’s own Google Drive account using Google services and APIs.
In such cases:
Data is stored under the user’s own Google account
Only the licensed user or authorized organization administrators can access the stored files
Project 2morrow Software Limited does not access, view, modify, or share files stored in the user’s Google Drive unless explicitly authorized by the user
Google Drive access is used solely for backup, synchronization, export, or organizational data management features requested by the user or organization.
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect user information.
These measures may include:
Encrypted communication
Secure cloud storage
Hardware-backed encryption for sensitive tokens and credentials
Access control and authentication mechanisms
Despite our efforts, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

Gate Pass Lite is an enterprise application intended for organizational use only and is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

Users may request account or data deletion through:
Their organization administrator

Users may also independently manage or delete files stored in their own Google Drive accounts.
